In winter, we offer our guests a free ski bus that takes you within minutes to the surrounding ski resorts of Obertauern, Grosseck, Katschberg, and Fanningberg, offering over 300 km of perfectly groomed slopes. 100 km of groomed cross-country trails, toboggan runs, night skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking trails... Or how about trying biathlon or taking a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the snowy landscape?

Situated between the Nockberge mountains and the Tauern range, this area is an ideal paradise for hiking, biking, and relaxing, featuring over 60 mountain lakes, traditional alpine huts, and scenic mountain roads. Choose between golf, hiking (guided tours available), cycling, rafting, scenic flights, swimming... or a visit to the local history museum inside Mauterndorf Castle.

Sustainability and protecting our environment are close to our hearts. Therefore, our properties are operated in a 100% CO2-neutral manner. Heating is provided by eco-friendly wood-chip district heating. Electricity comes from our in-house PV system and is sourced entirely from renewable energy. EV charging stations are available directly at our private parking lots.
